Directors Dr Priya Chadha and Dr Lara Watson, along with the entire team at Acquisition Aesthetics, are thrilled to announce the first graduate of the Ultimate Practitioner Pathway\u00ae, Dr Dimple Shah.

<\/strong>When we developed the UPP\u00ae in 2024, our vision was to create more than just a training course. We wanted to provide a structured pathway that empowers every practitioner to build confidence, deepen their knowledge, strengthen their clinical decision-making, and consistently deliver the highest standard of care in aesthetic medicine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The successful completion of the UPP\u00ae demonstrates a true commitment to professional excellence and your willingness to continually learn and grow.

The time, effort, and determination that Dr Shah has shown throughout the programme are commendable and reflect the values that underpin our organisation. Congratulations, and we look forward to more delegates joining you as UPP\u00ae Graduates!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cAs a dentist with over 15 years of clinical experience, I chose to undertake the Level 7 Diploma in Facial Aesthetics [via the Ultimate Practitioner Pathway\u00ae] to expand my skills into a growing<\/em> area of clinical practice and develop a rewarding career alongside dentistry. <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

My goal was to gain a recognised, high-level qualification that would strengthen my clinical knowledge, improve my confidence in delivering facial aesthetic procedures, and ensure I could practise safely and ethically. <\/em>

I found the programme to be well organised, with excellent learning resources, practical training, and supportive tutors who guided me throughout the journey. <\/em>

Receiving confirmation of my Diploma award was incredibly rewarding and gave me a great sense of achievement. <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The qualification has provided me with in-depth knowledge of facial aesthetics, enhanced my understanding of patient assessment, anatomy, complications management, and treatment planning, and has helped me deliver treatments with greater confidence and safety. <\/em>

It has also encouraged me to adopt a more holistic approach to patient care, considering the individual\u2019s overall wellbeing, expectations, and long-term treatment goals rather than focusing solely on individual procedures. <\/em>

The qualification has equipped me with a different set of skills, broadened my career opportunities, and given me greater flexibility in my working life, helping me achieve a better balance between my professional commitments and family life while also providing a positive financial return alongside my dental practice.
