1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your relationship with Kensington Cosmetic Clinic. By booking a consultation, treatment, or surgery with us, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding with any bookings.

2. Consultations & Medical Assessment

All surgical and non-surgical treatments require a thorough medical consultation prior to any procedure taking place. Kensington Cosmetic Clinic and its practitioners reserve the right to refuse treatment to any individual if, in their professional medical opinion, the treatment is deemed unsuitable, unsafe, or unlikely to meet the patient’s expectations.

3. Fees, Deposits & Payments

A consultation fee may apply to secure your appointment with our leading surgeons or practitioners. This fee is strictly non-refundable.

• Surgical Deposits: To secure a surgical date, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.
• Final Payment: The remaining balance for all surgical procedures must be cleared in full no later than 14 days prior to the scheduled surgery date.
• Non-Surgical Payments: Payment for non-surgical treatments is due in full on the day of treatment, prior to the procedure commencing.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We require a minimum of 48 hours' notice for the cancellation or rescheduling of non-surgical appointments. Failure to provide adequate notice will result in the forfeiture of any deposit paid or a cancellation fee.

For surgical procedures, cancellations made within 14 days of the surgery date will result in the loss of the full procedural fee, as theatre time, staffing, and medical supplies will have already been allocated.

5. Medical Results & Guarantees

The practice of medicine and surgery is not an exact science. While our surgeons and practitioners strive to achieve the best possible outcomes utilizing state-of-the-art techniques, no guarantees can be made regarding the absolute result of any procedure. Results vary significantly between individuals based on anatomy, genetics, and adherence to aftercare protocols.

6. Aftercare & Complications

All surgical fees include routine post-operative care as outlined in your treatment plan. In the rare event of a clinical complication directly related to your surgery, Kensington Cosmetic Clinic will provide necessary medical intervention at no additional surgeon's fee, provided the patient has strictly adhered to all pre- and post-operative instructions.
