The Acquisition Aesthetics Ultimate Practitioner Pathway® provides continuous, structured learning towards excellence in aesthetic practice for all aspiring clinicians, regardless of their previous experience.
Designed to equip delegates with both an accredited qualification in aesthetics as well as skills in advanced techniques, cosmetology and business development, the Ultimate Practitioner Pathway® is the best investment a practitioner can make towards their clinician and commercial success in this industry.
A total of 320 CPD points can be earned from completing the full Ultimate Practitioner Pathway® course with Acquisition Aesthetics.
The UPP® is segmented into five comprehensive stages, each building upon the previous to ensure a well-rounded education and plenty of hands-on experience:

Practical training
Hands-on training with model patients
The practical work runs across the stages of the pathway. Step 1 is the Foundation and Advanced courses, where you inject live models under supervision. Step 2 is the Level 7 Diploma, with its mentoring and assessment sessions and the Clinical Development Workshop. Step 3 is the Lip Augmentation Masterclass and the Tear Trough Masterclass. Step 4 is the cosmetology bundle: microneedling and exosomes, polynucleotides, and Sculptra and skin boosters.
Mentoring and assessment sessions run with expert supervision in small practical training groups. A logbook records all 40 procedures, 20 observed and 20 performed, in toxin and dermal filler modalities, and includes DOPS, the direct observation of procedural skills, gained throughout the practical training days.
Delegates undertake supervised clinical assessments that evaluate proficiency across all aspects of clinical practice, from patient assessment, treatment planning and documentation to the safe and appropriate delivery of aesthetic treatments, management of complications and post-treatment care. Each case is reviewed by Level 7 assessors, who provide bespoke feedback.

The duration of the UPP® varies depending on individual circumstances, such as employment and family commitments. While the official completion deadline is set at 24 months, most delegates finish between 6 to 18 months after starting their training. The Ultimate Practitioner Pathway® includes all five stages of the pathway and costs £13,850. Payment options are available, plus further discounts if you choose to pay in full. All prices are exclusive of VAT.

Can I cancel or transfer my booking?
You have a 14-day cooling-off period from enrolment. After that, cancellation incurs a £350 fee if it is granted. Courses are non-refundable and non-transferable, deposits are non-refundable, and administrative fees apply to all changes. Cancelling or rescheduling with 4 weeks notice or more is at our discretion and carries a £350 fee; less than 4 weeks is charged at the full course rate.
