Choosing a course? Your profession and experience are the best place to start.
Choose your next step.
Who can train with us
Find the right starting point for your profession, registration and experience.
Who are your courses for?
We train qualified healthcare professionals: doctors, dentists, dental therapists, nurses and pharmacists. Entry requirements vary by course. Speak to an Advisor to confirm your eligibility before you book.
What registration do I need?
UK applicants normally need current registration with their professional regulator: GMC, GDC, NMC or GPhC. RPS membership is not statutory registration. International qualifications require individual Admissions review.
Do I need injecting experience to start?
No prior injectable experience is expected for Foundation Botox® and Dermal Fillers Course. It is the usual starting point for eligible clinicians, with supervised live-patient practical blocks.
I already inject. Where should I start?
If you have completed foundation-level toxin and filler training, explore Advanced Botox® and Dermal Fillers Course or a relevant specialist masterclass. If your goal is a postgraduate qualification, ask about the Level 7 Fast Track route, which can recognise eligible prior training and case experience.
Is there a language requirement for Level 7?
The April 2026 Level 7 prospectus specifies English as a first language or an IELTS score of 7.0 or above. It also describes individual consideration of equivalent education for international applicants. Admissions can confirm the current awarding-body requirements for your application.
What training involves
From theory and demonstration to supervised treatment, know what to expect before you arrive.
Supervised practical training at Acquisition Aesthetics.
Do I inject model patients, or a mannequin?
Practical courses include supervised treatment on live model patients. The Foundation agenda includes two practical blocks, while the Advanced agenda devotes more than half of the day to practical training. Check your chosen course for its full agenda.
Who are the model patients?
Model patients are recruited, consulted and consented before treatment. Faculty supervise the process from consultation through aftercare. Our model-patient page explains how it works.
How many delegates are on a course?
Group limits vary by course. Check your chosen course and date, or ask an Advisor to confirm the group size and remaining places before booking.
How is a training day structured?
A practical training day typically moves from theory to a live faculty demonstration, then supervised practical blocks where delegates treat model patients. Review the individual course agenda for the sequence and timings.
Who teaches?
Acquisition Aesthetics is surgeon-led, with surgeons and senior clinicians among its faculty. Explore the faculty directory for individual roles, experience and qualifications.
Your qualification
Understand the award, the assessment and how your existing experience may contribute.
What is the Level 7 Diploma?
The Level 7 Diploma in Clinical Aesthetic Injectable Therapies is awarded by OTHM, an Ofqual-recognised awarding body. It combines e-learning and an academic portfolio with practical training, mentoring and assessment.
The April 2026 prospectus assigns 80 CPD points to the e-learning and academic-portfolio stage, not to the entire qualification. Explore the Diploma for the full route.
How is the Diploma assessed?
Academic and practical portfolio work is marked against a standardised scheme, then verified and moderated by OTHM.
Is the Fast Track a lesser qualification?
No. It leads to the same OTHM award. The route recognises eligible prior training and experience through case studies, direct observation of procedural skills, written reflections and a peer testimonial.

Is it cheaper to book several courses together?
